Garden Update

It has been awhile since I posted anything and thought I should give an update.  Everything is growing nicely so far, especially the weeds!  Just when I think I have them under control we get a lot of rain and the weeds are back.  I am going to try using a layer of newspaper with mulch on top in my walk ways to see if that helps.  Has anyone tried this before?  So what's growing in my garden besides the weeds?  I have broccoli, cabbage, onions, garlic, shallots, lettuce, spinach, carrots, turnips, beets, peas, asparagus, tomatoes, asparagus peas, cauliflower and herbs.  I also have a golden yellow raspberry bush, strawberry patch and a gooseberry bush that should all be producing soon.  My strawberry patch is loaded with strawberries waiting to turn red.  I am hopefully planting my peppers, summer squash, winter squash and melons this weekend that I started at home.  Here is a few pictures of what is growing right now in my garden.  Happy gardening!!!
